Ingredients for Simple Mishti doi /sweet caramel curd Recipe

  • 0.33 Litre ml full fat milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 33.33 g thick yogurt
  • 0.67 Tbsp sugar
  • 0.08 Cup milk

Directions: Simple Mishti Doi /sweet Caramel Curd Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Give ot a boil. Stir it occasionally. Reduce it until ½.
  • STEP 2.Add cardamom powder in it and stir well. Turn off the gas. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.After 10to 15 minutes add jaggery powder in it and mix until jaggery dissolved.
  • STEP 4.Check the temperature of milk. Like feel comfortably warm but not hot.
  • STEP 5.Pour curd in it nd mix well. Now pour it in a bowl nd cover it. Keep aside for 5 to 6 hours.
  • STEP 6.Mishti doi is ready to serve....
