Ingredients for Simili Sweet Recipe
- 300 gram Ragi flour
- 3 tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
- 3 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds
- 100 gram Groundnut
- 150 gram Jaggery powder
- 1 tablespoon Cardamom powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Salt
- As required Ghee
- 100 milliliter Water

How to Make Simili Sweet Recipe
Add ragi flour,salt,water and make a dough.
Roast black sesame seeds for 2 minutes and Roast white sesame seeds, groundnut for 3 mins, separately.
Now grind roasted white sesame seeds,black sesame seeds and groundnuts in a powder.
Now shape and flat a dough on a pan,add 1 tbsp ghee on top of it, flip and roast the dough at low flame for 5 minutes and put ghee on both the sides.
4.now grind the roasted rahi roti and grind well and 5.add jaggery and cardamom powder in the grinded ragi powder.
6.then mix groundnut powder,ragi mixture and mix well.
7.now make balls of the mixture.
