Ingredients for Silpancho Recipe

  • As required Rice
  • 112.50 gram thin sliced soft beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • As required Adobo seasoning
  • None Vegetable Oil
  • As required Salsa
  • 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
  • 0.13 diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Fried sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 No.s Seeded and diced vine in plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 No.s finely diced jalapeno
  • 0.13 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1.50 No.s yukon gold potatoes
  • As required Fried Eggs
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • As required Vegetable Oil

Directions: Silpancho Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil some water and add salt to it. once boiled, add peeled potatoes to it and boil it for 20-25 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Put the potatoes in the refrigerator . Cook rice . Coat the meat with bread crumbs and store it in the refrigerator . Heat some oil in a pan and add rice , red pepper , red onion and cilantro. Stir it and add salt to it.
  • STEP 3.Give it in a nice stir. Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the potato slice in it until they turn golden brown. Deep fry in hot oil till its edges turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Fry the eggs in some hot oil until the yolk gets cooked completely. Plate everything together and your silpancho is ready to be served.
