Ingredients for Sichuan Style Pork Fry Recipe
- 1 gram Pork fillet cut into cm cubes 250
- 70 gram Peanuts
- 7 Dried red chillies roughly chopped Nos
- 1 gram Cucumber cut into cm cubes 200
- 20 gram Ginger finely chopped
- 6 Garlic chopped cloves
- 2 Spring onions chopped Nos
- 20 milliliter Chilli oil
- 10 milliliter Cooking wine
- 3 gram Chicken powder
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- 50 milliliter Water
- As required Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Oil ltr for deep frying +1 for stir fry

How to Make Sichuan Style Pork Fry Recipe
STEP 01
-1)in a small bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour and 50 ml water. Stir well to make a smooth mixture.
STEP 02
-2)in a large mixing bowl add 250 gm pork fillet cut into 1 cm cubes.
STEP 03
-3)add 1 tbsp of the prepared cornflour and water mixture, 1 tbsp oil, 1 ½ gm chicken powder, salt to taste and mix well till all the ingredients are well combined. Leave aside to marinate.
STEP 04
-4)heat ½ ltr oil in a wok or pan and add the marinated pork.
STEP 05
-5)stir gently to separate the pieces as they fry to prevent the pork from sticking to each other.
STEP 06
-6)fry for 2 minutes and then use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the pieces.
STEP 07
-7)in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add 10 gm finely chopped ginger, 6 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 chopped spring onions and fry for a few seconds till aromatic.

-8)add 7 roughly chopped dried red chillies and stir.
STEP 09
-9)to this add 200 gm cucumber cut into 1 cm cubes. Stir together.
STEP 10
-10)next add the fried pork and stir for 2 minutes.
STEP 11
-11)pour in 20 ml chilli oil, 10 ml cooking wine, salt to taste and the remaining cornflour water mixture and stir together well.
STEP 12
-12)then add 70 gm peanuts and stir fry for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
STEP 13
-13)transfer to a dish and serve
