Ingredients for Sichuan Spicy Chinese Cabbage Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 45 piece Chinese cabbage white part cut into bite size at degrees angle 200 gm
  • 2 No.s Dried red chilli roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan red peppercorns
  • 5 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken powder

Directions: Sichuan Spicy Chinese Cabbage Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.heat 2 tsp oil in a pan till smoking hot.

step 2

  • STEP 1. then add 1 tsp sichuan red peppercorns and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 3

  • STEP 1. next add 5 gm chopped ginger and 2 roughly chopped dried red chilies and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add 400 gm white part of chinese cabbage cut into bite size pieces.

step 5

  • STEP 1. stir fry for about 2 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 1.then add 1 tsp malt vinegar and salt to taste.

step 7

  • STEP 1.add 1 tsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp chicken powder and stir fry for 30 seconds.

step 8

  • STEP 1.transfer to a dish and serve hot.
