  • 0.13 cup Water Chestnuts, Sliced
  • 2.25 E Lettuce Leaves
  • as needed Chopped Peanuts And Cilantro, For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and Sichuan peppercorns. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Add bell peppers, carrots, and water chestnuts, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
