How to Make Shwe Yin Aye Recipe

STEP 01

Take the bread slice and cut the outer layer and cut them into small square pieces.

STEP 02

Stick rice

STEP 03

In a saucepan, boil and add water as required.

STEP 04

As it comes to a boil add the sticky and let it cook until the rice absorbs the water.

STEP 05

The ratio of water and sticky rice should be 1.251 respectively.

STEP 06

Coconut milk jelly

STEP 07

In a saucepan add 1 pack of agar-agar powder, 1cup salt, and 1tsp salt.

STEP 08

Stir all the ingredients at medium flame. And then add 2 cups of water and stir them well.

STEP 09

Once it comes to a boil add ½ cup coconut milk, stir them and let it boil for 10mins.

STEP 10

Take it out in a flat container and let it sit at room temperature.
