Shwe Taung Thoke Recipe

  • As required Coconut milk
  • As required Dried Crispy Flat Yellow Noodles
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • As required Pure Fine Ground Dahl
  • As required Wheat Dry Flat Noodles

Directions: Shwe Taung Thoke Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain them well. Cut the chicken into small chunks.

  • STEP 1.In order to marinate the chicken take the chicken pieces into a bowl and add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and mix it well.

  • STEP 1.Chop the cilantro, dash and chop the garlic cloves, chop the spring onion, and onion.

  • STEP 2.In a saucepan add water and 1tbsp oil. Then add the noodles and boil them. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water.

  • STEP 1.In another saucepan add 4-5 tbsp cooking oil, add one cardamom for aroma. Then add the chopped garlic and dried onions and saute them.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add the marinated chicken and keep scooping. Then add ½ coconut milk and keep stirring them and add some water to maintain its consistency.

step 7

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add the boiled noodles followed by the chicken curry, cilantro, spring onion, pure fine gourd dahl, sliced onions, fish sauce as per taste, fried crispy yellow noodles, top chicken curry.
