How to Make Shwe Gyi Mont Recipe

STEP 01

In a pan start by roasting the semolina to bring out the flavor. Roast it for about 3-4 minutes. As the semolina is roasted can take it out on a plate.

In another pan start by adding 1 cup milk, 1 can coconut milk, the 2 beaten eggs, ¾ cup sugar, and the melted butter. Keep in stirring the mixture so that everything combines well.

Now add the roasted semolina to the pan and keep stirring the mixture until it thickens.

STEP 01

Now in a tray brush a little butter all over and add the semolina mixture. Spread it evenly and top it with the poppy seeds by sprinkling it all over.

Now, bake it at 145-163 degrees celsius. Once done cut the cake and add a little condensed milk. For more taste.
