Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and temper with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chilies.
  • STEP 2.Add bitter gourd, raw banana, drumsticks, sweet potato, and ridge gourd. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a blender, grind mustard seeds, poppy seeds, ginger, and green chilies to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Add the paste to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
  • STEP 5.Add milk, sugar, salt, and water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
