  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine shrimp with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
