  • As required Cooking Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 3-4 Garlic
  • 1 Chopped Onions
  • 5-6 green chili
  • 1 Tomato
  • As required Salt
  • As required Naga chili
  • 250 gram Shrimp

Directions: Shrimp With Pumpkin Green Leaves Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and cut the shrimp, cut the stems, pluck the leaves from the stems, and wash them and chop the onions and garlic, split the naga chili and green chili from the middle.

  • STEP 1.Heat the cooking oil in a large kadai over medium heat and add onion and ginger, saute until soft, about 8 minutes and add garlic, cook for 1 minute.

  • STEP 1.Stir in a plum tomato and pumpkin leaves, cook, stirring frequently until pumpkin leaves soften, about 10 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Simmer for 20 minutes, add the shrimp and Simmer until shrimp are cooked.

  • STEP 2.Serve with steamed rice.
