  • 1/4 pound Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 teaspoon Olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
  • 0.06 teaspoon Pepper
  • dash Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Shallot, chopped
  • 1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 can No salt added diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 cup Clam juice
  • 0.13 cup White wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 sprig Fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Grated parmesan and romano cheese blend
  • 1 tablespoon Half and half cream
  • 2.50 Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Minced Chives
  • As required Shredded parmesan cheese and minced fresh parsley, optional
