Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • STEP 3.In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté shrimp until cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Remove the shrimp from the skillet and chop them into small pieces.
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
