Ingredients for Shrimp Fritters Recipe

  • 1 cup refined flour sifted
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 4 ounce peeled baby shrimp
  • 4 ounce bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon scallions or chives
  • 1 Nos large egg
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required Oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.Combine all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 2.1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

step 4

  • STEP 3.2.now take a tbsp of the mixture and drop it into the pan.

step 5

  • STEP 4.3.fill the pan 80% with the shrimp fritters.

step 6

  • STEP 5.4.flip and fry the shrimp fritters until golden brown

step 7

  • STEP 6.5.serve hot with chilli sauce
