- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 4 ounce peeled baby shrimp
- 4 ounce bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoon scallions or chives
- 1 Nos large egg
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- As required Oil

STEP 01
Combine all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well.

3.fill the pan 80% with the shrimp fritters.
