Peel and wash the shrimp
Chop into small pieces
Add 1cup of lemon juice
Cover and refrigerate
Take the shrimp out
Add tomato,cucumber,jalapeno,onion and cilantro
Cover and refrigerate again
When the shrimp is pink it is ready
Serve with avocado toppings
