  • 1.50 tablespoon Mustard Paste
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with mustard paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and mustard paste. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water, cover the pan, and let the chicken cook until tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
