  • 20 gram mustard oil
  • 2 piece dried red chillies
  • 2 piece bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon kaalo jeere
  • 175 gram Potatoes
  • 250 gram Pumpkin
  • 300 gram shojne data
  • 175 gram brinjal
  • 85 gram Tomato
  • 2 piece green chillies
  • 3 gram Turmeric
  • 8 gram Salt
  • 15 gram Sugar

  • STEP 1.Peel the skin of the drumsticks and cut them into small sticks

step 2

  • STEP 2.Cut the other vegetables into diced shape

step 3

  • STEP 3.Heat a pan with mustard oil

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add dried red chilies, bay leaves and nigella seeds

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add the potatoes and fry until golden

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add the pumpkin and drumsticks

step 7

  • STEP 7.Cover cook for 6mins until they get soft

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the brinjals and fry on medium heat

step 9

  • STEP 9.Add turmeric powder and salts

step 10

  • STEP 10.Cook for 20mins

step 11

  • STEP 11.Add tomatoes and green chilies

step 12

  • STEP 12.Cover cook for 3mins

step 13

  • STEP 13.Add little water and mix well

step 14

  • STEP 14.Serve as a side dish
