How to Make Shogayu Recipe

STEP 01

Grate the ginger

STEP 02

Add water,ginger and honey in a pot, put on medium heat before boiling

STEP 03

In a bowl mix katakuriko and water and add to the tea

STEP 04

Cook until it thickens
