A japanese recipe of tofu in sesame sauce and mixed vegetables. Shira ae is my favorite traditional Japanese dish. If you don’t know this Japanese recipe, you are missing out because it is healthy, so tasty and super easy to make. Shira ae is a traditional Japanese side dish just like Goma ae.Ae is from the verb Aeru which means to dress vegetables, salad, etc. So vegetables, konjac, and hijiki, etc dressed with creamy tofu is called Shira ae.Easy and quick to prepare.Prepare in less time.Tasty type of dish.
