  • 1/2 pieces shimla mirch
  • 1 pieces aloo
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • as required Oil as required
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Hing

Directions: Shimla Mirch Aloo Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a wok, put cumin seeds and hing , sautey for a second.
  • STEP 2.Add all dry spices mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped Shimla mirch and boiled cubed potatoes in it
  • STEP 4.Toss well cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot 🔥
