Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
  • STEP 2.Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 3.Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread it evenly. Garnish with chopped nuts.
  • STEP 4.Allow the fudge to cool completely and then refrigerate for a few hours until it sets.
  • STEP 5.Once set, cut the fudge into squares or diamond shapes and serve.

Cooking Tips

  • Be careful while cooking the mixture as it can easily burn. Stir continuously to prevent sticking.
