Recipe By Slurrp

Sheem Paturi is a traditional Bengali dish made with flat beans (sheem) cooked in a flavorful mustard and coconut paste. The beans are marinated in a mixture of spices and then wrapped in banana leaves before being steamed or grilled. This cooking method infuses the beans with the aromatic flavors of the mustard and coconut, resulting in a delicious and fragrant dish. Sheem Paturi is often served as a side dish with rice or roti.
