Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and cut the shark fish into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat mustard oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 5.Add tamarind paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried fish pieces to the pan and mix well.
