Ingredients for Shan Fried Tofu Recipe

  • As required Tofu
  • 250 gram Chickpea Flour
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Water
  • As required Cooking Oil

Directions: Shan Fried Tofu Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a blender, we will add 300ml of water and 150gm of chickpea flour
  • STEP 2.And blend them into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Now in a saucepan, we will add 450ml of water and then add the chickpea mixture.
  • STEP 4.Add salt and turmeric powder (each 1tsp) and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 5.Now pour it into cooling and fan and let it cool at room temperature.
  • STEP 6.Once they cool off they will become tight, so now cut them into your desired pieces.
  • STEP 7.In a frying pan add the right amount of oil to deep fry.
  • STEP 8.Now start adding the tofu and fry them evenly from all sides. Fry them till golden.
  • STEP 9.Serve it with chili sauce and enjoy it.
