Ingredients for Shami veg kabab Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Boiled chana
  • 1 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Shami Veg Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.First add boiled chana in a bowl and mash them lightly.
  • STEP 2.2.To this add boiled mashed potato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, a few lemon drops and combine them well.
  • STEP 3.3.Prepare soft dough. Now make roundels from the dough and flatten in out.
  • STEP 4.4.Once the kebabs are formed you can pan fry them or deep fry them as per your wish
