Shami kabab is a very popular and delicious Awadhi dish They are crisp, succulent and tasty served with a side of green chutney, lemon wedges and onion slices.
STEP 1.1.First add boiled chana in a bowl and mash them lightly.
STEP 2.2.To this add boiled mashed potato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, a few lemon drops and combine them well.
STEP 3.3.Prepare soft dough. Now make roundels from the dough and flatten in out.
STEP 4.4.Once the kebabs are formed you can pan fry them or deep fry them as per your wish
