How to Make Shami Veg Kabab Recipe
STEP 01
1.First add boiled chana in a bowl and mash them lightly.
STEP 02
2.To this add boiled mashed potato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, a few lemon drops and combine them well.
STEP 03
3.Prepare soft dough. Now make roundels from the dough and flatten in out.
STEP 04
4.Once the kebabs are formed you can pan fry them or deep fry them as per your wish
