Ingredients for Shami Mutsch Recipe

  • 1 pound Minced goat meat/ ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2.50 teaspoon Kashmiri Red chilli Powder 3
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Cardamom Powder
  • 1-1 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder .5
  • 3 teaspoon Fennel Powder
  • 2 No.s Green Cardamom whole
  • 6-7 No.s Cloves
  • 1 No.s Black cardamom whole
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 8 tablespoon Mustard Oil

Directions: Shami Mutsch Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the mixed meat/turkey.
  • STEP 2.To the present add one tsp salt, one tsp red flavoring, 1.5 tsp fennel powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp black cardamom powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, one whole black cardamom crushed (without cover), a pair of tbsp of mustard oil.
  • STEP 3.Mix along all the spices within the minced meat to own a sleek paste. Pay attention that no spice lumps are left.
  • STEP 4.Once all spices are mixed into the minced meat it changes color.
  • STEP 5.Then take one tsp mustard oil within the same plate within which you
  • STEP 6.Re combining the minced meat and spices.
  • STEP 7.Rub a touch oil on your fingers and take one in. Diameter ball of minced meat.
  • STEP 8.Gently press this ball between your palm and fingers giving it a cylindrical kabab form.
  • STEP 9.Take a cooking pan and place five tbsp of mustard oil and warm it.
  • STEP 10.Change the state a touch and so add a pinch of natural resin and a pair of tsp red chilli powder and small water so chill powder doesnt burn
  • STEP 11.Add a lot of tsp red flavoring, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, a pair of tsp fennel powder, 1/4 tsp black cardamom powder.
  • STEP 12.Combine well and so add a pair of glasses of water for creating curry.
  • STEP 13.Once this curry involves a boil add the minced meat kebabs thereto.
  • STEP 14.Let it boil for 25-30 minutes on simmer , stirring each couple of minutes.
  • STEP 15.The curry reduces and also the kababs become soft.
  • STEP 16.Then add one inexperienced cardamom and 3-4 cloves when very little grinding.
  • STEP 17.Boil for one more five minutes and also the dish is prepared.
