  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the meat and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water and pressure cook until the meat is tender.
  • STEP 7.Add the turnips and cook until they are soft.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.

Cooking Tips

  • You can marinate the meat with yogurt and spices for a few hours before cooking to enhance the flavor.
  • If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can cook the meat in a regular pot, but it will take longer.
