Ingredients for Shahi tinda with paneer stuffing Recipe

  • 2.50 Pieces Tinde
  • 25 gram Paneer
  • 1.25 pieces Onion
  • 1/2 pieces Green chilli
  • 1.25 pieces Tomato
  • 2.50 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 cup Malai
  • 25 grams Oil
  • 0.13 tsp jeera
  • to taste Hing

Directions: Shahi Tinda With Paneer Stuffing Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel all the round tindas . Cut it on the top, Make a hollow and scoop out the pulp.
  • STEP 2.Fry all tindas.
  • STEP 3.Fry tinda pulp in few tablespoons of oil alongwith ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 4.Grate paneer and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Grind onion and tomato in paste.
  • STEP 6.Mix paneer, dry spices and cooked tinda pulp.
  • STEP 7.Mix it well and stuff this paneer mixture in fried tinda.
  • STEP 8.Heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadhai. Add cumin seeds, hing. Add onion tomato paste.
  • STEP 9.Add stuffed tinda and dry spices.
  • STEP 10.Cook it for few minutes. When tindas are cooked properly. Then add malai on top.
  • STEP 11.Shahi tinda with paneer stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 12.Serve hot.
