Ingredients for Shahi Shikanji Recipe

  • 0.33 Litre Full fat milk
  • 66.67 g Curd
  • 1.67 Tbsp Suger
  • 8.33 Sprigs Saffron thread
  • 0.33 Tbsp almond
  • 0.67 Tbsp Chopped cashews
  • 0.67 Tbsp Raisins
  • A Pinch Caradamom powderr

Directions: Shahi Shikanji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make hung curd, In muslin cloth keep curd for an hour to remove excess water from curd.
  • STEP 2.In a wok boil milk, in between soak saffron in 2-3 tblespn milk.
  • STEP 3.When milk become 3/4 in quantity, add soaked saffron milk and boil milk for 5-7 minute on low flame. Keep stirring, switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 4.Now in blender jar add boiled milk, hung curd, sugar and
