  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and add vermicelli. Roast until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pot, bring milk to a boil. Add the roasted vermicelli and cook on low heat until it becomes soft.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and a handful of chopped nuts. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Serve warm, garnished with more nuts and a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Cooking Tips
