Ingredients for SHAHI PANEER KOFTAS IN PALAK GRAVY Recipe
3/4 cup Palak blanched and pur
50 gms Paneer
1/4 Tbsp Cornflour
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 Tbsp Onion paste
1/4 Cups A tomato pur
a few Rasins
3/4 Tsp 2tsp kasuri methi
1/2 Pieces Potatoes
1/4 Tsp Haldi
1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp aram masala powder
Directions: Shahi Paneer Koftas In Palak Gravy Recipe
STEP 1.Mash the Paneer and boiled potato together and add salt and pepper powder into it as per your taste.
Now add the cornflour and mix well. Divide into desired sized balls adding 2-3 raisins in the centre. Fry these balls till golden and leave aside
STEP 2.Take a pan add 2 tablespoons of Oil,Add Cumin seeds to it ..Then Add Onion Paste and Cook on a Slow Flame and heat it till it turn Golden ..
STEP 3.Add Tomato Puree and Cook till oil Seperates
Add the Dry Masalas-Salt,Red chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Turmeric powder..to this Add Palak Purée and Mix well..Add Milk to it and give it a boil..
STEP 4.Dont Overcook or else color of Palak Gravy will Change..Add a tsp of Kasuri methi..Pour the Palak gravy in a Serving Bowl and Place the Fried Paneer Koftas on it..Serve Hot by Garnishing with Fresh Cream .
