#curry Paneer butter masala, also known as butter paneer is a rich curry made with cream ,paneer, spices, onions, tomatoes, cashews and butter. As the name denotes, the curry is cooked in butter which imparts it's buttery flavor to the dish.

Ingredients for Shahi paneer butter masala Recipe

  • 62.50 gm Paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.13 cup Cashewnuts
  • 0.13 cup melon (magaj)seeds
  • 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • as required Coriander leaves
  • As Required As per taste Salt

Directions: Shahi Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a puree of onion,kaju, garlic, and tomato, make a puree. Transfer into a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Now make a paste of cashew and khus khus and required milk.
  • STEP 3.Take oil or ghee or butter in khadai. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato-onion puree, cook for few minutes. Now add cashew paste, cook for another five minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add all the spices except Shahi paneer masala. Cook for 10 minutes or till it leaves oil from the side corners of the kadhai.
  • STEP 6.Then add paneer masala, mix well.add fresh malai, and cook for another 2minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add milk on it and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Lastly, add paneer on it.
  • STEP 9.Here's Shahi paneer masala ready.
