- 0.13 cup melon (magaj)seeds

How to Make Shahi Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
STEP 01
Make a puree of onion,kaju, garlic, and tomato, make a puree. Transfer into a bowl.
STEP 02
Now make a paste of cashew and khus khus and required milk.
STEP 03
Take oil or ghee or butter in khadai. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for a minute.
STEP 04
Add tomato-onion puree, cook for few minutes. Now add cashew paste, cook for another five minutes.
STEP 05
Now add all the spices except Shahi paneer masala. Cook for 10 minutes or till it leaves oil from the side corners of the kadhai.
STEP 06
Then add paneer masala, mix well.add fresh malai, and cook for another 2minutes.
STEP 07
Add milk on it and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 08
Lastly, add paneer on it.
STEP 09
Here's Shahi paneer masala ready.
