Ingredients for Shahi paneer Recipe

  • 75 grams Paneer
  • 1.50 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 3/4 Pieces Onion
  • 0.13 cup Cashew nut
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 2 g arlic cloves
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1.25 Pieces Black pepper seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • As Required As per taste Salt

Directions: Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take one heavy bottom pan and add all ingredients except 1 tablespoon butter,garam masala, salt and paneer with 4 cup of water.
  • STEP 2.Boil this for 20-25 minutes on high to medium flame. Let it be cool then churn and sieve the mixture properly.
  • STEP 3.Cut paneer into cubes. Heat one non-stick pan. Add butter then 1 green chilli and turmeric powder. After that add paneer cubes and fry for 30-40 seconds then add onion tomato mixture and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Then season it and garnish it with fresh cream.
  • STEP 4.Super tasty shahi paneer is ready. Serve it with lachha paratha.
