  • 0.06 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, grated onions, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix well and shape the mixture into small meatballs (koftas).
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until they are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Remove the koftas from the pan and set them aside.
  • STEP 5.In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 7.Add tomato puree, cashew paste, and spices. Cook until the oil separates from the gravy.
  • STEP 8.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil.
  • STEP 9.Add the fried koftas to the gravy and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 11.Serve the Shahi Kofta Curry hot with rice or naan.
