Living in uae for 11 years now i have learnt lot of iftar and eid recipes. Its mixed cultural food habits here and hence i have tried to cook mutton in lot many different ways. This is a typical eid recipe over here and this dish is famous among the arabs too as its less spicy. I have given this recipe my own thought name but its a type of korma too.

Ingredients for Shahi gosht darbari/shahi mutton korma Recipe
- kilogram I fresh mutton
- 0.40 big chopped onions
- 1/5 big onion made into paste
- 1.60 tablespoon cloves of garlic and garlic paste
- 2 green chillis chopped
- 1.40-1.60 teaspoon peppercorns and 1 pepper powder
- 0.40 tablespoon corriander powder
- As required Whole garam masala
- 0.40 inch ginger chopped about
- 0.40 tablespoon ginger paste about
- 1/10 teaspoon cup of yogurt whisked with 1 of wheat flour
- 1/10 cup white oil
- 1/10 cup olive oil
- 1/5 tablespoon Ghee
- 1/10 cup fresh full fat cream
- 1/5 tablespoon dry kasuri methi
- 1 cashew nuts made into a paste
- As required Salt
