  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 cup Cream

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger, garlic, and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add yogurt, cream, and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add water, salt, and bring the gravy to a boil. Add the fried fish and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
