  • 75 gram Spinach (
  • As Required Water (
  • As Required Ice Cold Water (
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar (
  • 1/2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs (
  • 1/4 Tbsp Gram Flour (
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala (
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (
  • As Required Coriander Powder (
  • 1/4 Tsp Mango Powder (
  • As Required Salt (
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chili Powder (
  • 37.50 gram Cottage Cheese (
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder (
  • 1/2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour (
  • As Required Oil (
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil + Butter (
  • As Required Ginger (
  • As Required Green Chili (
  • As Required Garlic (
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin (
  • A Few Green Cardamom (
  • 25 g Onion (
  • 50 g Tomato (
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cashew (
  • 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (
  • As Required Salt (
  • 1/4 Cups Water (
  • As Required Oil (
  • As Required Coriander Powder (
  • 1/4 Tbsp Red Chili Powder (
  • 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (
  • As Required Salt (
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar (
  • 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (
  • As Required For Ganishing Cream (

Directions: Shaam Savera Panner Kofta Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.For Kofta, Take a pan & wash the Spinach & remove the lower part & Water in it. Cook it for 2 min & put immediately in the Ice Col Water, add some Sugar then strain it & grind it. For binding, Put Bread Crumbs, Gram Flour, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Mango Powder, Salt, Crushed Red Chili Powder in it. Keep it aside for sometime. Take Cottage Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, All-Purpose Flour & mash it. Make 7-8 small balls of Cottage Cheese. Apply some Oil in hands & take the Spinach mixture & put the Cottage Cheese balls in it & make balls. Wrap the balls with All-Purpose Flaur & fry them on a medium flame. Make all the Kofta.
  • STEP 2.For Makhani Gravy, Put some Oil + Butter, Ginger, Green Chili, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Onion, Tomato, Cashew Nuts, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt & Water then cover it & cook it. Cut the Kofta & clean the knife everytime while cutting the Kofta. Gravy is ready now turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down then grind it. In the same pan, put some Oil, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Sugar, roasted & crushed Fenugreek Leaves. Put the grind Gravy in the Masala. Serve the Gravy in the plate & put the Kofta in at & garnish it with Cream. Enjoy the Sham Savera Kofta Recipe.
