STEP 1.For Kofta, Take a pan & wash the Spinach & remove the lower part & Water in it. Cook it for 2 min & put immediately in the Ice Col Water, add some Sugar then strain it & grind it. For binding, Put Bread Crumbs, Gram Flour, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Mango Powder, Salt, Crushed Red Chili Powder in it. Keep it aside for sometime. Take Cottage Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, All-Purpose Flour & mash it. Make 7-8 small balls of Cottage Cheese. Apply some Oil in hands & take the Spinach mixture & put the Cottage Cheese balls in it & make balls. Wrap the balls with All-Purpose Flaur & fry them on a medium flame. Make all the Kofta.
STEP 2.For Makhani Gravy, Put some Oil + Butter, Ginger, Green Chili, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, Onion, Tomato, Cashew Nuts, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt & Water then cover it & cook it. Cut the Kofta & clean the knife everytime while cutting the Kofta. Gravy is ready now turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down then grind it. In the same pan, put some Oil, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Sugar, roasted & crushed Fenugreek Leaves. Put the grind Gravy in the Masala. Serve the Gravy in the plate & put the Kofta in at & garnish it with Cream. Enjoy the Sham Savera Kofta Recipe.
