  • STEP 1.In a large pan, heat ghee and add besan. Roast the besan on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
  • STEP 2.Add milk, coconut, and sugar to the pan. Mix well and cook on medium heat until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 3.Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a greased tray. Smooth the surface and garnish with chopped nuts.
  • STEP 4.Allow the burfi to cool completely and then cut it into desired shapes. Serve and enjoy!
