  • STEP 2.Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Take a portion of the dough and press it through a sev maker or a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle to form thin strands.
  • STEP 4.Carefully drop the sev strands into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy.
