Set dosa Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Set dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast dish. It is a soft and fluffy pancake made from fermented rice and lentil batter. The name 'set dosa' comes from the fact that it is usually served in a set of 3 or 4 dosas. These dosas are smaller in size compared to regular dosas and have a spongy texture. Set dosa is typically served with coconut chutney, sambar, and a dollop of ghee.
