  • 1/4 can Tuna, Drained

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix canned tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.
  • STEP 3.Take a handful of rice and flatten it in your palm. Place a spoonful of tuna mixture, avocado, and cucumber in the center. Shape the rice into a triangle or ball.
  • STEP 4.Roll the onigiri in sesame seeds to coat the outside.
  • STEP 5.Repeat with the remaining rice and filling ingredients.
  • STEP 6.Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later consumption.
