Steps To Prepare
Peel off the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Slice ginger thinly and cut the chicken into pieces.
Add sesame oil to a pan and heat.
Now add chicken pieces and potato and saute it.
Then add oyster sauce, sauce, salt, pepper and saute for a minute.
Lastly add water and cook it for 25 mins at low flame. Before serving add 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
