Ingredients for Sesame Oil Chicken Recipe

  • 1 kilogram Chicken
  • 60 gram Ginger
  • 4 Nos potatoes
  • 1.50 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 500 milliliter Water

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Peel off the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  • STEP 2.Slice ginger thinly and cut the chicken into pieces.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add sesame oil to a pan and heat.
  • STEP 2.Now add chicken pieces and potato and saute it.
  • STEP 3.Then add oyster sauce, sauce, salt, pepper and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Lastly add water and cook it for 25 mins at low flame. Before serving add 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
