How to Make Sesame Oil Chicken Recipe

Peel off potato and cut it into pieces. Slice ginger thinly and cut chicken into pieces. Add sesame oil in a pan and heat.

Add ginger and saute it until fragrant. Now add chicken pieces and potato and saute it. Then add oyster sauce, sauce, salt, pepper and saute for a minute.

Lastly add water and cook it for 25 mins at low flame. Before serving add 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
