  • STEP 2.Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Shape the dough into small balls and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 7.Add tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
