Handvo is a traditional gujarati savory cake and nutritious with loads of lentils and sprouts. The typical handvo is made of only vegetables but in my recipe have used sprouts to make it healthier. I have baked it in pressure cooker. It is served usually with green chutney and sweet chutney.
