Ingredients for Semolina Dhokla Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Semolina one
  • 1/2 cup Curd half
  • 1/4 Tsp salt Half spoon
  • 1 Packet Eno one spoon
  • as required water
  • 1/4 tbsp 1.Oil - 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp 2. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • 3/4 tsp 3. Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
  • 1.25 g 5. Chopped G
  • 1.50 tbsp 6

Directions: Semolina Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Semolina Dhokla
  • STEP 2.1. Semolina one cup
  • STEP 3.2.curd half cup
  • STEP 4.3 salt Half spoon
  • STEP 5.4.Eno one spoon
  • STEP 6.5. Water as required
  • STEP 7.for tampering
  • STEP 8.1.Oil - 2 tbsp
  • STEP 9.2. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • STEP 10.3. Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
  • STEP 11.4.Curry leaves 10 to 15
  • STEP 12.5. Chopped Green chili 2
  • STEP 13.6. Water as 4 tbsp
  • STEP 14.Step-1
  • STEP 15.First take a bowl add semolina ,curd,,salt . Mix it well and take this better for rest 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes mix it well and preheat the idli steamer and now in semolina mixture add eno 1 spoon water on eno to activate the eno and mix it well now Greas a Thali or plate with oil and pour the mixture in it and put it in steamer and cook it 10-15 minutes and check it with a knife and if knife is clear then switch off the flame and let it cool down and make square cut in Dhokla
  • STEP 16.For Tadka
  • STEP 17.Take a Tadka pan add oil sesame seeds, mustard seeds crackle them and add green chili, curry leaves salt and add some water and boil it for one minute now pour this tempering on samolina Dhokla.
