How to Make Semolina Cake Recipe
STEP 01
1 put a saucepan on medium heat, add 2 cups semolina, 1 cup sweet rice flour, 1 cup brown sugar and mix.
STEP 02
2 stir in 2 cans of coconut milk (900ml), 1 cup of half and half milk and ½ stick butter. Mix well till butter is completely melted.
STEP 03
3 finally crack in 4 eggs and mix well to incorporate all ingredients. Keep mixing till mixture thickens.
STEP 04
4 preheat a baking pan in the oven at 375 degrees f.
STEP 05
5 pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle ¼ cup raisins and 2 tbsp poppy seeds over the top.
STEP 06
6 bake at 375 degrees f for 45 minutes.
STEP 07
7 it is ready, when a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
