Ingredients for Semiya Payasam Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli
  • 10 gram Cashew nuts
  • 5 gram Raisins
  • 10 gram Fresh coconut
  • 1 As required Water cup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 No.s Crushed cardamom

Directions: Semiya Payasam Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add some ghee and let it melt, add vermicelli and fry until it becomes golden brown in color.
  • STEP 2.Add cashew nuts, raisins, fresh coconut, 50ml of water and milk, cover the lid.
  • STEP 3.Cook for 10 minutes, after that add 1 cup of sugar and crushed cardamom, mix everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
