Ingredients for Seera Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Semolina
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 1.33 cups water
  • 0.17 cup Ghee
  • 0.08 tsp Green cardamom
  • 0.33 tbsp Almonds

Directions: Seera Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put ghee in a pan, when the ghee starts melting,
  • STEP 2.add semolina to it and keep stirring it continuously on medium/low flame.
  • STEP 3..3.Tip- Use a pan with long handle while making pudding because when you put sugar syrup in semolina, a lot of steam is formed in it and splatter can burn your hands.
  • STEP 4.4. When semolina becomes light brown then Add sugar syrup and cardamom to it and let it come to a boil. After this, cook on low flame till the water dries up completely.
