  • 1-1.50 cup Baby new potatoes
  • 1/2 Shallot- diced
  • 4 ounce Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • As required Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh shucked peas, blanched briefly
  • 1/4 C water plus 1 t more if necessary, to get the blender going
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Truffle oil

  • 0.13 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/2 Small garlic clove
